"It's true to say that India is a land of diversity. We, the Indians, are proud to be in it. There is cultural, social, linguistic diversity -- above all religious heterogeneous. It is a home of 1.3 billion people. The youth play a leading role in national development -- a positive vital role in shaping the country's future.

The youth have a positive role and responsibilities to contribute to national growth and development. Youth has three dimensions -- their significant role, face challenges, and the opportunity to make a significant contribution to national development.

In India, as per demographic survey, over 65% of the population are in the 35 age group. It is an asset for our country -- it helps to harness the energy, creativity, and innovation of its youth to drive economic growth and social change.

Indian huge giant youth mass faces more challenges like unemployment. As per the International Labour Organization, it's a major setback for Indian national development. Second, there is a problem of quality education and healthcare where our youth are not overcoming such problems. Our youth mass do not have access to quality education -- particularly the young mass of rural areas. The youth of rural areas are not accessing quality health services. It is a significant challenge.

In spite of it, the youth have a leading role in India's social, economic, education, industrial, scientific, farming, and above all technological developments. They have to make a positive impact on our national growth. They would have to impact the positive startup ecosystem in the world.

India is enriched with skilled manpower where the youth mass can play a vital role in her political-socio-economic arena. There is a growing demand for skilled workers in various sectors -- technology, healthcare, industry, finance, etc. Due to India's skill development and vocational training, many young masses are acquiring the skills and necessary training to lead better-paying jobs.

Furthermore, the youth mass has an important role to play in shaping the country's future -- despite having a lot of challenges including unemployment, poverty, low quality of education, and healthcare. We still have to make India an economically, socially, and technologically advanced country.

Today, youth are the future asset for the country. They are the future citizens of India. They are the future innovators, scientists, political leaders, and unique noble citizens of India. They will have to seize the opportunities and work hard to create a better future for our country.

We must also demand more from our leaders and policymakers to create a good environment that supports and provides our growth and development. As we vision to be a trillion economy and wish to be the fourth world economic power, youth has a positive role in it. It calls for a unified effort of all innovation, creativity, and commitment to social justice and equality by young masses, political leaders, social reformers, teachers -- above all Indian citizens to be the fastest developing economy in the world.

The Indian youth has a significant role in the country's all-round development as they have got fresh ideas, energy, and innovation to lead national progress. The youth can play the following role:

1.) They can contribute to innovation, stimulate growth, and empowerment. 2.) They will help the government to chalk out new policies and decisions. 3.) They can bring social change, activism, force social movements, and promote social justice. 4.) They have got social skills and enrichment in education, new skills, knowledge, and experience. They can create a more educated skilled workforce and skill manpower hub. They are engaged in community development for social causes and promote social cohesion.

Youth should be provided with quality education and skilled training. They should be offered mentorship programs, coaching, and guidance to lead their energy for national development. They should be given entrepreneurship support to start and grow their own business.

Furthermore, they should be included in the leadership development program and skills. They must be encouraged to participate in governance, decision-making processes, and policy development. They should have access to technology, the internet, and resources to help young people. They should be encouraged in volunteer work, community service, social activism, and community engagement. They must be involved in experimentation, cultural innovation, and creativity and encouraged to foster their ideas. This helps young people to be active contributors, drive positive change, and shape a bright India’s future as a developed nation in the world.

Last but not least, there's a need for a holistic approach for this purpose. All youth should be equipped with resources, talent, and knowledge to be advanced in this regard. There is a need for a technological hub for the youth. If their energy, talent, and power are channeled in one way -- national development, India will be a technological, economic, and knowledge superpower in the world."
